Terms of Service
Last updated: September 15, 2026
These Terms cover two connected services from the same company: Techondo, the business platform companies use to run their operations, and Tlook, the consumer marketplace built on top of it. Sections are marked where a rule applies only to one side — most apply to both.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Techondo, the company behind two connected services: the Techondo business platform, which businesses use to run their operations — inventory, sales, finance, and more — and Tlook, the consumer marketplace built on top of it. Together, we refer to them as the "Services." By creating an account, creating or joining a Techondo project, or using Tlook to browse or buy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
Some sections apply only if you use Techondo to run a business, others only if you use Tlook to shop, and some apply to both — each section makes clear which.
2. Definitions
- "Techondo" — the business operating platform, including any project (workspace) you create or join and the modules made available within it.
- "Tlook" — the consumer marketplace operated by Techondo, accessible at tlook.com and through the Tlook mobile experience, where independent storefronts list and sell products.
- "Project" or "Workspace" — a Techondo account created for a business, containing that business's data, team members, and module configuration.
- "Storefront" — a public-facing online store a project publishes through Techondo's Storefront module, which may also be listed in the Tlook marketplace.
- "Seller" — the business operating a storefront.
- "Buyer" — a person using Tlook to browse or purchase from a storefront.
- "Services" — Techondo, Tlook, and any related websites, apps, and features.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
- Provide accurate information when registering — including business identity details we may request for billing, payments, or regulatory compliance — and keep it current.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, threaten the safety of users, or are used for fraudulent activity.
4. Your Techondo project (business use)
The project owner is responsible for who they invite, what roles those members hold, and how the project is used. We may request additional verification for a project — including ownership and beneficial-ownership information — where required by a payment provider, financial regulator, or applicable law.
If you join a project created by someone else, these Terms still govern your individual use of the platform, alongside whatever access your project owner has granted you.
5. Subscriptions, modules, and billing (Techondo)
Paid modules and plans are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle shown at the time of purchase. Payment processing is handled by our payment partners; by subscribing, you agree to provide accurate billing details and keep your payment method valid.
We may suspend access to paid features if a payment fails or a subscription lapses, with notice where reasonably possible.
6. The Tlook marketplace (buyer use)
Tlook is a marketplace where independent storefronts — businesses running Techondo's Storefront module — list and sell their products. Unless we are clearly identified as the seller, Techondo is not the seller of the items you buy on Tlook. Each storefront is responsible for the accuracy of its listings, the quality of its products, lawful sale of its items, and the customer experience it provides.
We curate and moderate storefronts but do not guarantee any specific outcome from your interactions with them. Where applicable law requires us to take responsibility as a platform, we will comply with those obligations.
7. Orders and pricing (Tlook)
- Prices, availability, taxes, shipping fees, and delivery estimates are set by sellers and shown to you at checkout. Confirm the totals before placing an order.
- An order is a request to buy. It becomes a contract between you and the seller once the seller accepts it and we confirm acceptance to you.
- We or the seller may cancel an order before fulfilment if there is a pricing error, stock shortage, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reason. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund of the affected amount.
- Promotional codes and offers may have additional rules, expiry dates, and per-customer limits stated at the point of issue.
8. Payment processing
Payments on both Techondo and Tlook are processed by licensed payment partners. By subscribing to a plan or placing an order, you authorize us, our partners, and — for Tlook orders — the seller, to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown. Card details are handled by our payment partners and are not stored by Techondo or Tlook.
You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your bank, payment provider, or local authorities beyond what is collected at checkout.
9. Shipping, returns, and refunds (Tlook)
- Delivery timelines, methods, and coverage areas are set by each storefront and shown before checkout.
- Return eligibility is decided primarily by the seller, subject to any statutory rights you have in your jurisdiction. Open a return request from your order page within the window stated on the listing.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once a return is approved or an order is cancelled. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
- If you cannot resolve an issue with a seller, contact Tlook support and we will help mediate.
10. Data we process
For Techondo projects: we process the data you and your project store on the platform — business records, inventory, orders, customer and partner information, and similar — as a data processor acting on your instructions. You remain responsible for the lawfulness of the data you upload and for having the rights to process it.
For Tlook orders: when you place an order, we process your name, contact details, and order content to fulfil it, sharing what the seller needs to do so. Module-specific terms may apply additional data-processing commitments — for example, the Storefront module has its own terms covering data collected from your public-facing buyers.
See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on how we collect, use, and protect personal information across both Services.
11. Your content (Tlook)
You may submit reviews, ratings, photos, messages, and other content through Tlook ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content, and you grant Techondo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.
You are responsible for your User Content. Do not post anything that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise harmful. We may remove User Content that breaches these Terms.
12. Acceptable use
Across both Services, you agree not to:
- Use the Services to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or harm minors.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake reviews or counterfeit listings.
- Interfere with the operation of the Services, including bypassing security controls, scraping at scale, or stress-testing without our written permission.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to create accounts, place orders, or manipulate prices and rankings.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services or any of our content without our prior written consent.
13. Intellectual property
The Techondo and Tlook names, logos, software, designs, and the look and feel of the Services are owned by Techondo or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms gives you any other rights in our intellectual property.
14. Third-party services
The Services integrate with payment, logistics, identity, and other partners. Your use of those partners may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, but we will only work with partners who meet our security and reliability requirements.
15. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure, or that products sold by storefronts will meet your expectations.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techondo and Tlook will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim — subscription fees for Techondo use, or order value for Tlook purchases, as applicable — and (b) IDR 1,000,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Techondo, Tlook, and our affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
18. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect Techondo, Tlook, and their users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, content licences, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Techondo agree to try to resolve any dispute informally first by contacting support@techondo.com. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of South Jakarta, Indonesia, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires another forum.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as our Services or applicable laws change. For Techondo projects, a material change increments the terms version and prompts you to re-accept the next time you use the platform; continued use after that point requires acceptance of the current version. For Tlook, we will notify you by email or with an in-app notice before a material change takes effect; continuing to use Tlook after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the affected Service or close your account.
