Dispatch and manage your delivery fleet

Assign a delivery to the right courier and track it to proof of delivery, without a phone call.

Before you start

Add your couriers
Courier › Couriers is where each rider or driver is added, so they can be assigned runs and see only the deliveries that belong to them.
Register the fleet
If you're tracking vehicles, Courier › Fleet holds them — useful once you're assigning specific vehicles to specific couriers, not just names to orders.
Dispatch a run
Courier › Dispatch is where an order becomes an assigned delivery. The courier sees the address and navigation on their own device — they don't need to call the office to find out where they're going.
Track it to proof of delivery
As the courier completes the run, delivery status updates back to the order automatically, ending with the same signature or photo proof that closes the order out in Orders.
