Approval
The actions that should not be one person's decision alone.
Approval lets you say which actions need a second pair of eyes before they take effect — a payment going out, a credit note, a stock write-off. Those actions then queue for sign-off rather than simply happening. It is worth setting up early: the point of an approval is that it exists before the transaction you would rather had not gone through.
- You choose which actions require sign-off
- Separate queues so nothing waits behind something unrelated
- Who approved what, kept as a record
