Price your fleet and keep assets bookable
Set up individual assets, their rates, and their maintenance state so the calendar always tells the truth.
Before you start
- A list of the equipment you rent out
Steps
Add each asset individually
Rental › Assets tracks equipment as individual units, not just a product type — two identical excavators are two separate assets, each with its own condition and maintenance history.
Set rates per offering
Rental › Offerings is where you set daily or weekly rates and any deposit requirement. An asset only becomes bookable once it's linked to an offering.
Log maintenance before it goes back out
After a repair or scheduled service, record it in Rental › Assets against that specific unit. An asset flagged as under maintenance can't be accidentally booked out.
Review upcoming availability
Rental › Calendar shows every asset's bookings at a glance, so you can see a gap coming and offer that unit before it sits idle.
What you end up with
A fleet where every unit's price, condition, and availability are visible before a customer ever asks.
